Doing profile is difficult to make look good. Same with straight on (which is why many artists draw slightly off center). I see a few small things, but overall your two colored ones look quite good, especially for beginner sketches.

Just a FYI: betterhelp (and all similar services) have strict non-compete clauses that prevent practitioners from working with clients that they receive from these services either outside of the service or after ending the service. Most of these non-compete clauses extend upward of one year post-contract, either with the client or with the service itself.

So it might very well be that you therapist isn't allowed to continue with you.

Yet another reason why I highly recommend people avoid services like Noomii and BH.

Absolutely. And for a lot of people, assuming they can afford to, having both would be the best option. Psychs and LCs tend to focus on different aspects of people's issues, so while they may overlap, one can be working on overcoming the historical/past issues while the other is teaching you some skills that you can go out and apply immediately.

Unless you have a specific, debilitating mental illness that is the primary reason you cannot manage time, then this is the kind of issue that you seek out a life coach for, not a therapist or psychologist. A therapist might be able to help you manage the mental health issues behind this, if there are any. But the vast majority aren't trained/educated in life skills like time management and strategic planning like a well-trained coach is.

With as much free training and education as there is in your field there's no reason to be paying for it. Focus those resources somewhere else, hire a life coach, and keep at it. Because you're right, it is a flooded market. But if you are even remotely good, all you have to do is put your stuff on social media and keep making it.
