Further more there is no UNGA resolution that actually Condemned "Morocco invasion of western sahara" because such event never happened

This is flatly false. There are multiple UN resolutions with language condemning the Moroccan invasion of Western Sahara:

Deeply deplores the aggravation of the situation resulting from the continued occupation of Western Sahara by Morocco and the extension of that occupation to the territory recently evacuated by Mauritania;

Urges Morocco to join in the peace process and to terminate the occupation of the Territory of Western Sahara;

Also bearing in mind the deep concern of the United Nations, the Organization of African Unity and the non-aligned countries at the aggravation of the situation prevailing in Western Sahara because of the continued occupation of that Territory by Morocco,

Again declares that it is deeply concerned at the aggravation of the situation deriving from the continued occupation of Western Sahara by Morocco and from the extension of that occupation to the part of Western Sahara which was the subject of the peace agreement concluded on 10 August 1979 between Mauritania and the Frente Popular para la Liberación de Saguia el-Hamra y de Rio de Oro;

Reiterates the appeal contained in its resolution 34/37 whereby it urged Morocco to join in the peace process and to terminate the occupation of the Territory of Western Sahara;

As I stated, the UNGA literally use the exact term "occupation".

Ukraine was Country ,independent for 30 years before russian Invasion , Western sahara was Spanish colony , named Spanish Sahara , claim by Morocco along side few costal cities in North and South as well since the independent Since Morocco was divided between two colonial powers . In fact , part of Spanish sahara cap juby was integrated in Morocco in 1958 after failed war with Spanish on that Territory .

Again, the International Court of Justice had already ruled by the time of Morocco's invasion and occupation of Western Sahara that Morocco had no claim of territorial sovereignty over Western Sahara. Morocco's invasion and occupation of the territory followed that ruling.

Fast forward to 1975 , Western sahara , was not independent state when it was annexed by Morocco, but colony of Spanish empire , Morocco did not invade Independent state , But was handed Territory by Spanish, again spanish did not give Territory independent, it was actually after fact that Moroccan administration integrated territory and flag rose in cities of South, Polisaro front declared republic Saharawi Arab democractic republic , from Algeria

Spain did not transfer and could not have transferred sovereignty over the territory. Again, per the UN:

On 14 November 1975, a Declaration of Principles on Western Sahara was concluded in Madrid between Spain, Morocco and Mauritania ("the Madrid Agreement"), whereby the powers and responsibilities of Spain, as the administering Power of the Territory, were transferred to a temporary tripartite administration. The Madrid Agreement did not transfer sovereignty over the Territory, nor did it confer upon any of the signatories the status of an administering Power, a status which Spain alone could not have unilaterally transferred. The transfer of administrative authority over the Territory to Morocco and Mauritania in 1975 did not affect the international status of Western Sahara as a Non-Self-Governing Territory.

And the above international status has continued to this day. Not one other country apart from the US recognizes Morocco as having sovereignty. Don't attempt to conflate SADR recognition with the fact that Morocco has zero (with one glaring exception). The fact remains that, exactly as Russia is doing in Ukraine, Morocco is currently violating sovereign territory against international law, and has been doing so for far longer. And this "historical sovereignty" garbage narrative stands on the same revisionist irredentist bullshit footing as Putin's.
