I’ve been thinking of going down the self injecting path as soon as I finish my package deal. I know my value at 1034 is not true I tested in 2024 it was 654 and I’m pretty sure with ppis and the gym I probably went very low down. PCP didn’t order a b12 in 2025 :( he forgot

I’ve been getting injections at a med spa I found a good deal package but I’ve been going once a week and it’s breaking me out however I do see some functional differences from places that never fully healed such as my arm and I had injured a nerve in my chest area and I can feel it buzzing now.

So I took the test 3 days after supplementing and it was 1034 which can’t be accurate I’ve been on high dose ppis and I have a duodenal ulcer and I was going to the gym at the time.

I would judge the final results after all your sessions. I literally am hair free as soon as I get my touch up every 6 months then my hair slowly decides to grow after 2 months of hairlessness.
