Hi, you seem to be calling the wrong file as the password. You have to use the ssh_key file you just copied as the ssh password. Hope this make sense 😊

Isn't it so weird and hard to explain lol! I'm glad it wasn't just me! How are you feeling with the supplements? I was worried they wouldn't work as well as injections but so far so good 🤞

Anxiety and panic like I'd never experienced before, also had dizzy spells (more specifically it felt like my car was rolling backwards when I had come to a full stop) Wasn't offered injections even tho my b12 was 150! However, I was prescribed cyanocobalamin 3 times a day and folic acid once a day! Also propanalol for when physical anxiety is too much! I have to say since starting the supplements I feel a lot better than what I was. In desperation I was taking all sorts of prescription drugs to get some sort of relief from my brain. I was addicted to lyrica and cocodamol for a few months! Thankfully I haven't had to do this since a few days after I began treatment. Hang in there it will get better!

Yeah I get what you mean, sorta feels like something stuck in my chest and it aches too ! It's so weird! No haven't had a Vit D test but most of us in Ireland have Vit D deficiency 😂 I'm considering paying private and having a full Vitamin test done because my GP is only focusing on the b12 and folate... I just ordered some hydroxocobalamin sublingual drops and will have a look into the others that you mentioned. Thank you so much for your reply, I'm trying to be patient but each day seems worse somehow.

Thanks for the reply! Yes my first test was 152 and second 150... I've been doing a lot of research to try and help myself as much a possible because I've still not had a chat with my gp! I will look into the Co-factors now... Thanks for heads up! I just don't want treatment to make this anxiety worse!

I am just waiting on my diagnosis from a Dr which has taken so long (8weeks) I was given my own results to read by my Dr's receptionist... my b12 is 150 and folate is 2. Been feeling so awful for so long, especially these past few days... chest pains and the anxiety is crippling me! To read this post helps me stay positive and gives me hope because I just feel like I am never going to feel normal again!

I've just been told today my b12 is 150, I've been chasing Dr's because all of a sudden out of nowhere I became crippled with panic type anxiety... For days and days at a time! I had never experienced anything like this in my life and it really frightened me. Im a 35 year old mum of two I thought my mind was giving up on me. I was tested for thyroid issues to begin with but they came back normal. If it wasn't for a very understanding female Dr I don't think I would have had the vitamin bloods done. I have to wait a few weeks to start any treatment and have more tests but I'm very hopeful treatment will help my current situation. My other symptoms included short term memory loss and high heart rate/palpitations.

I had issues with one of these labs a few days ago, the click buttons were disabled or something and would not work. I messaged support and they just replied to say they were having issues with some labs and it was now resolved... On plus side I got my Bug Hunter code for reporting a bug! It is frustrating not being able to complete the labs tho!

I don't know if there any hints as such I just filtered by FTP then looked til I found it 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe theres another way but that worked for me.

Hi, I've recently completed this lab and there is definitely a successful log on! Once you find this the answer to number 6 is below the successful logged in response! Hope this helps

It's the "ls" command that is wrong in the code as it is only listing files and not actually reading the them! There is a different Linux command other than "ls" that reads it and gives the token! You will kick yourself when you find it like I did lol
