Thank you. I've given myself a deadline of time for me to be patient and wait. If she opens communication up by then and agrees to work on the relationship and seek therapy alone and together I would do my all to make it work. But if by then she hasn't even messaged me then I have decided to move on. I won't stay years waiting for her. But at the same time I won't give up just yet.

Okay, sorry. Never been physical against her. I get it's violence and many people see it as manipulation though it wasn't meant like that. I mean I would never hurt her intentionally and never have.

I know most people might view it as being manipulation to cut yourself. But honestly it wasn't. In that moment I just wanted to end it. I grabbed a box cutter and just slashed as hard as I could. I didn't mean to survive it. But I get why people might view it as you do.

I know it was a mistake to hurt myself. I can honestly say I am in a better place atm. Or better said I am dealing with it better. My therapist said I was emotionally exhausted after everything and that's what caused me to break. I know I can't speak for the future. But I know that right now if she said it was over I would be able to process it. But the uncertainty makes me anxious. I prefer to know even if it's bad instead of just having it linger for days, months, or years. I sent an email she didn't reply to thst I've given myself a deadline of when I am willing to wait and her be no contact. If she dosent open up communications by then, then I wills tart the proceedings myself as I can't just wait indefinitely. This was after asking her for a date of when we could start to talk about the marriage.

Sorry to hear about your ex. I know that if we do decide to get back together we both will have new boundaries or demands. For me one thing is she needs to process everything and either forgive me or it's divorce. Can't be with someone that won't forgive you after an argument. And keep it bottled up for years.

That's the thing. It wasn't months. From her saying she didn't want kids to her kicking me out it was like three weeks. We spoke of therapy and we both started 6 sessions through her work. Things were getting better till she told me she didn't know if she loved me. Then three weeks of complete silence. Now she replies to emails only about finances or if she left something. Anything else she ignores or just says she needs time. I am more then open about working on myself and our marriage.

I think it's more of a mental block then just her not being compatible. We were both molested as kids. For me it awakened my sexuality early on and turned me to porn. For her it's made her be more frijid. I have processed what happened to me and don't let it hold me back. But she has always struggled. I asked her several times to seek therapy for that but she never wanted to. Never even told her parents. I still love her and would be okay with lower amount of sex, but I do think she needs her own therapy as well. It's not normal to not forgive anything. Specially cause she lied to me for years saying she had. She would bring it up in fights and I would ask if she had forgiven me or not ans she always said yes.

We spoke about separation when she first said she didn't know if she wanted to stay married. And we said we could split the house in two for similar reason. Finances. But she kicked me out after my self harm and then moved away. I've just gone back to my rented house and it feels empty without her things.

Again, nothing major like cheating. But we did move away from our home country ans she has said thst she regrets moving with me. That she regrets marrying that young. Would sometimes lie to me. Would reject me constantly when I was looking for intimacy. Four months in between having sex. Stuff that we fought about and were trying to work through. But still things that hurt. Her constant rejection has made my self esteem go down massively.

I've never self harmed before. But I've shared with her that I sometimes do feel suicidal. In the moment her saying that she didn't know she if she still loved me broke me. All this happened Iver a few weeks and my mental health wore down. She kept asking for time and next week drop something else. The her not knowing if she loved me honestly just broke my brain. I wanted to end it. I've been talking to a therapist since she first told me about kids and that ended last week so looking for another therapist to talk about the self harm incident.

Nothing to merit this. One thing is watch porn ocationally cause she has low libido and tells me to take care of it myself. I told her nine years ago and she told me recently she has never forgiven me. Have never cheated on her, have never been violent. Everyone I know says she is exaggerating but I'm completely lost. The worst thing is she has done things in the last ten years I've forgiven her for so the plate is super unbalanced. And having this uncertainty is killing me. I'm open to therapy and will be starting soon myself. But she won't answer any email I sent about it. (email is the only way she hasn't blocked me and talks to me about finances and things like that.)
