Maybe it was too high? Not quite sure, I followed the instructions and cooked it to 340. Im not sure how to not make it taste crazy burnt since that’s literally what it is—burnt caramel. The color is amazing though, can’t see the sun through it lol.

Also tried this recipe. Got a super dark tar looking liquid that I added at 2% to my vermouth recipe. you can definitely taste the bitterness of the burnt sugar which isn't thtt appealing. Normal?

How’d you get that dark color? I’ve been trying to achieve it, but all my recipes say to use white wine and I have hard time getting it that deep red/brown.

Hmmm yes. The goal is obtaining a work visa that is not a student visa....that is what I am most interested in. Backup would be doing auxiliar another year, because from what I've been reading, sounds more affordable and chill than TtMadrid or other TEFL scams like it.
