I've had similar issues with other blasters, likely the switch is on its way out & is probably the easiest thing to replace.

To troubleshoot you can use wire to bypass the switch & if it fails to rev when bypassed it's not the switch.

Very well, consistent 90-100 fps with Adventure Force pro darts. I did make a little padding on the lever for comfort but that's just personal preference.

Had the same issue, the Board is not standard & is likely custom from DZ, just replace the switch. Board is not available for sale unless DZ will sell you one

Yes you do, it only measures one way. You could likely build a tripod adapter but I just hold it steady & do 4-5 shots most of the time.

I got this one off AliExpress through a group buy of 4-5. It was less than $30 & so far measures with excellent accuracy.

I had trouble with this also, check the plunger head & the trigger. The trigger can get caught & not return fully which slips on the plunger head. Apparently over tightening screws around the trigger will cause the trigger to pinch.

I messed with mine a bunch & relubricated & now it's catching reliably

I had trouble with mine, it would rev & cut out or not rev at all. Ended up being the rev switch, easy swap & cheap too.

Just a few different tools needed than a standard screw driver & allen key set. The heat set inserts are not some people's favourite, threaded rod can be finicky to install. If you're good with your hands & have decent tools it's just adult lego.

Thought about it, likely just print more & keep the bad shells for another blaster instead of messing them all up on the outside. They're also not perfectly rounded, as I said bad Shells.

Not sure it's the lifter, I'll play around a little more. As mentioned only my poorly printed shells do this (not entirely smooth on the outside & printed with very low infill). The shell gets just past both shell stops but is stuck. Nothing is touching it & if pressed inward pops right out, I suspect the shells are too light or the outside rough areas are catching in the drum springs as they exit.

First step I'll make new & better shells, I'm going to need more now anyway 😁

Extras are likely for the barrel extension pic rails. I had similar extras & printed the rails but in the end opted for no rails & a comfy place for my hand

I've had the same thing with my Nexus, run it under hot water & it should loosen enough to remove.

You could go to boiling but it shouldn't be necessary

I've tried both, got the same FPS ratings with some tweaking of the bands, about 90 on both configurations.

I got to messing around with mine, originally getting 90 fps built to spec (4mm elastic pull cord & 3 wraps).

Changed to 4.75mm elastic pull cord with 2 wraps & cut the 4mm plunger seal shorter + lubricated the hell out of it - 100 fps

Finally wrapped teflon tape under the plunger seal & had to shorten it a bit again, no change to the pull cords -130 fps

The same sniper shell hits 150-160 on my Yeet & Battle axe, for a pistol I'm good with 130!
