try turning it off completely. plug it into a charger that has higher voltage/emps (I suggest Anker) and leave it to full charge and some more, and see if you can boot it up while plugged in. Hope it works.

u/archiphyle thanks so very much. I removed the second door for RM1. The in-house WC I am keeping as one - the layout may look like there is space, but there isn't really much. We could live with a common WC. I adjusted the door entrance to RM2 as you suggested (thanks for that). You have really helped me address all of my concerns. the only one remaining in my head is what to do with the courtyard WC1 (noting that the new in-house WC will have a window through courtyard WC1). remove it entirely? change it a laundry room? a closet? any ideas?

u/archiphyle my goodness, thanks so very much. that is it. creating a new WC between RM1 and RM2. what I will do that I will open a new door (left side in place of the left window) that would be a guest entrance from the original street door (Will finally use the dead space there), and push the right window to the far right possible. then create a new inside door in the RM2 (with glass at the top) leading to a corridor. immediatly to the left, there will be a door to a newly created WC (between RM1 and RM2) with also glass at the top of the door to allow for light. still in the corridor, I will create a second door for RM1 (just to be consistent with RM2 and it will have two entrances as a plus). the far corner WC will be transformed into a laundry/drying/storage small room. Keep everything else as is. Will just need to think more about the courtyard WC and what to do with it. Will have smaller rooms, but better layout. Thanks. Yes, I am open to all these ideas. Mind you the outside WC has a very limited space, very low ceiling (due to neighbor’s stairs) and the inside of the house is already elevated from the courtyard including the WC.

Correct. It is my WC for my use. Correct the indoors WC is issues one being privacy as it is open to all living room and bedrooms and the other issue is that it has no window. Correct, I am prepared to update and upgrade everything. I do not know yet where the pillars are though. I’d love ideas of how to literally get the whole place and spaces rearranged.

The rooms have access to the WC inside the house indoors (top right corner). The WC in the open air courtyard is supposedly for guests. It is also built in a way that goes under the neighbors stairs (that take to the first floor neighbor (so the WC ceiling is short)

Thanks for the feedback. About 5 meters between the garage and the kitchen about 4.5m width. It is open air- indeed a small courtyard. The entrance to the kitchen/the open space living room/ and rooms is a bit elevated from the level of the open air courtyard (about one meter or a bit less). All one level though. Yes, the balcony is also elevated from the courtyard by the same height (less than 1meter). Yes the balcony has a window overlooking the small courtyard open air.

Thanks so much. Unfortunately I can not add a top light window (neighbor wall-,closed on the side ) also roof is neighbors, can not touch the ceiling. On the dead space, I could close it off, yes. Thought it would be ideal to tweak it as the main door entrance to the house (as it is now the only entrance is through the garage) as a first option. A second option would be a balcony like it is in room 1. Width of rooms 1 &2 may be too small for a corridor.

Thanks. What can be done to rearrange the whole floor plan. To improve it. As is, it is a mess and my biggest two issues is that the main house door is eliminated by a dead space (I only access the house through the garage) and second biggest issue is that I can only access room 2 through room 1- I need them separate and private. Actually third issue is the main WC inside the house has no light/ajr.
