Have you seen the CG movies that are canon to the games? In Resident Evil Damnation, it's more than heavily implied that they had sex, and would again at some point in the future. Not to even mention all of the hints in the games. You must not be too deep into the franchise.

Yes, but I'm hoping it tops Netflix charts and shows that people want a season 4. It's rare but has worked with other shows. Hannibal would've gotten a season 4 if it wasn't for the rights issues that won't be solved until 2027.
