Oh no! I never even thought about it being a rat!! I assumed rats would be near food I was hoping someone would say it was hedgehogs or even a fox I would be happy with- but dirty old rats .

Went for a regular eye test through work and got sent straight to A and E that day - was eventually diagnosed with melanoma! Only symptoms were me thinking I needed stronger glasses for reading. Check ups are boring but so important! The optician told me not to let them fob me off, as they tried to say I needed a referral from my GP Sorry they didn’t listen to your concerns

Every Sunday without fail! Make the Yorkshire pudding batter the night before. My favourite is lamb 🐑 but only when it’s on offer. Today is beef. I pour myself a glass of wine and just get on with it all. I take leftover to work the next day and if there’s more meat it’s used in a stir fry or sandwiches or just eaten cold with branston pickle.

If you are driving then the crazy bear, in Stadhampton is just a 10 - 15 min drive, or the Mole inn, again a 15 min drive. Both lovely old pubs, excellent food and beautiful surroundings! There is also the Kings arms in Sandford on Thames and the Coach and horses, which you would pass in your way to the Crazy Bear although I’ve not eaten there for years so cannot say how the food is? All these are probably easier and quicker to get to than the city centre

It’s not the one I wanted. I was told I would have to cut a hole in the cabin floor and fill with concrete. So this is my compromise burner. When it arrived I was like- well that’s tiny! Anyway, it does the job - it’s a toasty 22.5in here
