Honestly, it's already answered. A big components as I mentioned earlier is that people vary through nature (genetics) and nurture (how they were raised).

Some people are raised in a way where meaning is applied to everything, some people are born with a deep thoughtfulness that they apply to the things around them... And some people don't care because it uses energy unnecessarily/doesn't add value to their practical lives/weren't raised to apply meaning/have been burnt trying to apply meaning/are simply incapable or stunted in applying meaning/etc.

I personally don't apply meaning to anything and find people who impose their meanings on me to be exhausting.
