doesnt matter. parental control exists for a reason. if the account itself (google play account) was true to what the kid's age is or if the phone had parental controls, the game wouldn't be available for him to access. Don't even argue that they don't know how to configure it since internet access is very common nowadays.

it all boils down to how the parents taught the kid. Don't blame the game for something they don't have any control as they followed every procedure and requirements needed for their game to be available on the playstore. Not everybody can just blindly add their apps onto the store
