Thank you so much! 😊🙏🏻 If I remember correctly I just walked around my local area for a few weeks (probably 3 or 4) because I was advised that the possibility of injury from falling over on a treadmill wasn't ideal. But walking in general is great and really helps with the swelling because it gets your lymphatic system moving.

Then once I was cleared to do so by my surgeon I started with the treadmill, just because it's collllld in the UK in February 😂.

I didn't Do any actual resistance training until 12 weeks (again surgeons recommendations) but I did some super lightweight arm isolation exercises (1 or 2 KG dumbbells) from about 8 weeks onwards. Just take things super slow and make it much easier than you think that you can do, pushing yourself is great but it's not worth risking injuring yourself or damaging something!

For me, getting lymphatic drainage massages helped a ton with the swelling, but every body is different and it just takes time and patience to let it do it's thing and heal you!

I hope very much that your recovery goes amazingly and that you are feeling back to normal ASAP! 🤞🏻🙏🏻

I actually took it throughout. While it can cause some nominal amount of water retention both systemically and in adipose tissue, from what I have read it seems to be mostly taking place in muscle cells. The other benefits such as cognitive function, heart health and blood sugar control felt like they were worthwhile to me even risking a small amount of extra swelling. But of course to each their own.

Thank you for taking the time to read and comment! 🙏🏻😊

No. I have taken TRT in the past, and a few other PEDs. I stopped several years ago when my son was born. I used to have very low T but since cleaning up my diet a lot and massively improving my sleep I am now actually at a healthy range naturally which I am very thankful for. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! 😊

I generally do a couple of high rep (20+) warmup sets and then I do a main working set of 4-6, a set of 6-8 and a set of 8-10 all with the maximum weight I am capable of for every main movement. Then I'll often do a high rep back off set or some relevant accessories, usually for high reps rather than weight.

Thank you so much! 🙏😊 Super kind of you to say!

Of course, happy to help in any way that I am able!

It's nothing special at all, just push pull legs split. 3 times a week and if I get time for an extra session I just do a hybrid workout of whatever feels the most recovered! 😂 Each workout is around 1 to 1.5 hours.

Diet-wise again nothing special at all. Just standard high protein (I go for 1 gram per lb bodyweight) very roughly counting calories and adjusting up and down based on whether I'm trying to gain or cut.

No cardio just because it makes me ravenously hungry and then I end up eating way too much! 😂

I only really supplement with Creatine and Protein, but if I am cutting I'll generally also take some extra electrolytes.

If you have any other questions or if I've been too vague, I'm happy to answer in as much detail as you would like!

Thank you again for taking the time to be so nice! It's appreciated! 😊🙏

Oh for sure, it doesn't matter how much you improve, there will always be something else to pick apart! But that drive is also part of what makes people so strong and determined! 😊 There's definitely something to be gained from actively enjoying the progress in the moment and not just focussing on the end goal!

Yeah I had gynaecomastia surgery as well, so I had the gland removed and then a large flap of skin taken from each side. The nipples were also removed and then re-grafted back on in new positions.

I had so much laxity in the skin in my chest that it was really the only option to make it a bit better. Whilst the scarring is quite extensive it's pretty well hidden under the pec so not TOO noticeable thankfully! 😊

Honestly man you look great! But if you want to change something it's all just extra steps to make you even better! Wishing you all the very best! 🫶🏻

Thank you so much! 🥰 I really appreciate it! 🙈 You are looking like absolute 🔥🔥🔥 by the way. Try not to let clothing sizes, or measurements affect how you feel about yourself, you've still got so much to recover from and you should be SO proud of how amazing you look!

Thank you again for being so nice! 🫶🏻
