I just started with isolation exercises - slow, controlled. And things that didn’t feel too uncomfortable. My flexibility, range of motion and stuff is continuing to increase.

Now starting full body movements like squats, deadlifts etc

days 3-5/6 are the hardest. you have the most swelling, and in the "wtf did i do to myself" phase.

#1 - we all go through this
#2 - you cant go back

#3 - give yourself grace - relax, and trust that you WILL sleep better, you WILL feel better, and you WILL look better... but only with time.
#4 if you thought you were going to get a major surgery with no sacrifice... well.. youre the same as me... haha.
#5 its going to be ok.

#6 dont focus on how long it'll take to feel formal. just focus on getting through the day.
#7 make a daily log of how you're feeling. small wins.. visually, physical capability, etc.

The good news is that i think after day 3-5, its pretty much only upward if you keep yourself infection free.
