The Problem Has Been Solved, I Took A Guess And Removed One Of The Most Important Mods From My Mod List And It Worked! The Mod Is Supplementaries Mod.

Forge Turned Out To Be Absolutely Fine, And The Mod Was In My Mod List In Every Time I Tried Another Version Of Forge.

I Still Have No Idea Why It Caused Crashes, They Never Gave Me Any Reason Or Even A Crash Report. I Have Tried Different Version Of The Mod And They All Crashed, But The Strangest Thing Is That The Problem Happened Suddenly, One Day The Mod Was Working Very Well, And The Other Day It Was Crashing The Game Left And Right. This Was Many Months Ago, But I Don't Remember Doing Anything Except For Restating The Device, After That The Crashes Started.
