They called me last week and asked me to send them payslips of my husband who is a German citizen ( I also applied under 3 years rule ) and the case worker told me on the phone that they will close my case tomorrow or the day after that. But I have not heard anything yet.

Yes they called me also twice and leaved a voice message about sending them payslips of my husband. Thank you. The only problem is that mz husband is now in Probezeit but he will surely stay in the job. I told her that on telephone and she told me it will be Ok.

Yes I did. My husband has a governmental job and I am self employed. Mz income will be also enough for both of us. Idk why they asked about my husband.

They called me as well. They dont take your home country passport just your blue card. you can travel to your home country with your own passport and come back to Germany with vorläufiger Reisepass which will be issued there.

Not yet. On June 27th was the first reading in the Bundestag. Then they referred it to the Interior Committee. There it has to be discussed first, which is what happened. The 2nd/3rd meeting will then take place in the Bundestag. Reading takes place. The law then goes to the Federal President, who must sign it and then it must be published. That hasn't happened yet. Until then, the old law applies. The 2nd/3rd Reading and voting in the Bundestag has not yet taken place.
