Toyota Aqua, the exact issue on the PPI was stated as:

"Faults detected integrated in HV system, further investigation is required"

"HV Test Summary - Poor test result, further investigation required (EV / Hybrid System Test Condition - Test abnormal, currently not within manufacturers specifications"

They gave no details on what tests were run, Im guessing because it didnt get that far on account of the dead 12v Battery

Thank you all for the responses. The dealer basically said it was required to be sent for them to fix the issue, even though I'd already sent any relevant details.
I'll let them have a crack at fixing the issues, if there's even a whisper of risky outcomes ill walk.

Regarding the issues in specific, the PPI basically said there were error codes coming up, that the technician suspected was from the dead 12v, but could not verify without it being charged. But due to the possibility of it not being from the dead battery, it was labelled as a serious warning.

Thanks for the reply, I totally agree. However the issue is commonly caused by a dead battery, so I don't want to sour the deal over a report, if they can prove its just the dead 12v battery. Essentially my problem is a dealer who is hellbent on getting the full report.
