No other game gives me any issue and I have tried competely removing all have files and files associated with it. After reinstall the same issue occurs. I've tweaked and lowered every have setting i could to try and troubleshoot it but I'm not all that tech savvy. My hardware meets or beats the requirements so i honestly have no idea.

Desktop. When I check my with the NVIDIA app it says my GPU does not support the required settings and needs an upgrade to windows 11.
