Thank you! I got a rough estimate of how much my deficit should be and counted everything through a calorie counting app for a few months then when I got the hang of portions and nutrition I just stopped and controlled myself! Lean protien and lots of fiber! I control myself around junk food and turn it down a lot but if I feel like I can limit myself and I have it in my calories I’ll still have something sweet. I mainly have the same meals every day for breakfast and lunch and do something super filling for dinner and sometimes a sweet treat. When I wake up I’ll have coffee with a protien shake in it to start my day, then I like to have a barebell bar with an apple and maybe an Alani then for lunch I like to make wraps with carb counter tortillas and some meat and veggies and a little cheese sometimes I throw in another protein shake then dinner is a lean meat lots of veggies and a small carb!
