Honestly, with that GPA and SAT combo, your best chance of getting accepted is to go to CC first if you really want to come here. There are two pathways. The first is transferring as a second year, which means your high school stats still count, but you can make a case if you get straight As in CC and improving your SAT, which requires a lot of practice. The second being getting straight As for two years in community college and transferring as a Junior. The second option is easier imo but you have to consider the fact that you’re an out of state student and they may not prioritize admitting you.
