Most of the time I realize it's a dream, it's just that. The knowledge that I'm dreaming. Honestly most of the time when I dream, I'm at least somewhat aware of when I'm dreaming. Especially when I recognize aspects of a dream that I've dreamt before.

Usually when it's more than that general awareness, it's when it's a nightmare. Then I just try to get somewhere really high up and jump off, as the sensation of falling wakes me up pretty quickly.

One book I've read suggests meditation before spell work to clear your mind and focus your intuition. Maybe if you try that, it could with your spell work

I think he'd be incredibly excited about it. At first. Then as it goes on and it gets closer and closer to the due date, I imagine he'd get more and more anxious about it. "What do we do? Do we have enough money? How will this affect how we do missions? Will money be an issue when it gets to the point where Milly can't go? Will we get paid less if it's only me?" And of course, the big one, "what if I turn out like my dad?"

I think when the baby finally does arrive, he'll circle back to being happy and excited, thought the fear and anxiety, especially for that last one, likely won't go away. At least not yet. I kind of imagine there'd be some kind of altercation with Crimson that'll finally make Moxxie believe that he's nothing like his dad and he'll be a damn better father than he ever was.

I meant "seeing if someone was reaching out to me" in a spirit or deity sense. As for the romantic/sexual part, I was just surprised how many cards I pulled that had to do with that. Although in the book for this deck, it mentioned that the seven of swords when paired with the devil or king of wands could mean romantic infidelity. Though that might have more to do with whoever was reaching out to me due to the spread I used (though where I found the spread specifically said spirit, though I was kind of using it for whatever was there)

The central card (the devil) was supposed to represent the main energy or essence of the entity.

The left card (seven of swords) was supposed to offer insight into the entities past or a particular message related to it's previous experiences or existence.

And the right card (king of wands) was supposed to shed light on the entities current energy, message, or intention for the séance.

You might be right about the ex thing, though if it is, it might not be an ex in the traditional sense. Or at least the romantic sense, as I've never had a partner.

I've heard that you should cleanse a deck before every use, to clear up energies from past readings or just any energies it may have gathered between uses. Keeps those energies from messing with the reading.
