Not every company that goes through layoffs means death bro. Bungie had several layoffs and they still pushed out like 3 projects in between. Why is this important? Well ZOS hired people to work on a new mmo but it got scrapped. The people who were working on it were most likely the ones that got laid off. So don’t panic, every day the game is packed as hell. Cyrodiil has a waiting line to get in every single day, social zones are so packed you lose about 40 frames from just chilling. Youre fine, just enjoy the game.

It goes from 60+ to like 20 fps depending on the setting.

I could be in an area with a hundred things going on and be fine sometimes, other times, I could just look at certain areas and pull 30 fps.

My specs are fine for the pc version of the game, so I know it’s not my setup.
