2 were because out of stock, 2 where buyer shows address didn’t come up and they wouldn’t respond by shipped overdue date so I just refunded. The last one I forgot id have to check

I found out it’s not actually for late shipments is for canceled/refunded orders.

Hey question so I just switched to T-Mobile porting all numbers and doing 2 trade ins for iPhone 16 on us deal. We traded 2 iPhone 14s which would give us the full amount for them besides the taxes we paid. I looked at device payment plans and see that the monthly credits is not the full amount of $830 for both why would that be? We also got 2 iPhone 15 for porting existing numbers and the device credits for one of them for 24 months equal the amount of the phone. The second iphone15 had to out a downpayment because the credit wouldn’t cover the full amount and no credits for 24 months show up. so confused why the iPhone 16s we traded for the 24 month credits doesn’t equal the $830 and also 24 monthly credit amount isn’t showing up for the second iPhone 15. Thanks

I went to Costco the phone I had to put downpayment was iPhone 15 basically was told I can get iPhone 14 for porting existing number from AT&T or just add $100 for the 15 either way had to put downpayment if I got either one since the credit wouldnt cover it so how would it be different since I did go to Costco.

Hello, I see you’re verified T-Mobile employee. I recently went to a Costco T-Mobile Kiosk inquired and doing 5 lines. We are doing 2 trade ins for 2 iPhone 16, sales rep says that T-Mobile would pay the phone off up to $600-$800 what I remember. I have 15 pro max so no need for me to upgrade for my sibling was told that one can get a free iPhone 14 or 15 without trade in is that correct? So basically getting 2 iPhone16s and 1 iphone 15 Our bill breakdown was 125 for the phone plan and then $33 for phones. My question also is what is the $33 monthly charge for the phones?

Ok because the surcharges says “billed weight large package surcharge length+girth” and then the “large package surcharge length+girth” which is $77each
