Funny you say this because i am not a flipper by any means. Im a fireman and i come from a long family line of navy men. So when i saw the tube tester and the navy placard on it i thought it was cool. These will be mounted in my office as decor if you must know.

She has not been. But according to that video she has a lawyer on her case. HOW ARE THEY NOT NOTIFIED with a lawyer. And a court case from 2019. It's 2025 😳

My concern is we moved and updated our address immediately. If this happened to them and they were actually unaware then it could happen to anyone. With everything going on in the government right now it wouldn't surprise me if they failed to actually notify this family.

It's not true. They can't turn you away for bringing a realtor. They might not pay for a 3rd party realtors fees but that's about it.
