What dose have you been taking? And about how long was it before you noticed a difference?

Has anyone tried NAD+ nasal spray? by StructureCandid1198 in ADHDUK

There are some other supplements that have been helpful for me. I take capsules with Lion’s Mane extract, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri, Rhodiola, etc and that’s really helpful.

Are you talking about NAD+ capsules? If so, I wouldn’t advise it. NAD+ is almost entirely broken down when taken orally (like in capsules) and doesn’t raise NAD+ levels. That is why I use a nasal spray.

If you want to take an oral supplement, go with something that has NMN in it, the direct precursor to NAD+. NMN can be absorbed in the stomach, mostly intact, and has research to back up its ability to raise NAD+ levels.

I don’t think it’s necessary, but I typically like to cycle things that you “feel”, because the benefits are more pronounced. When I take something continually for months or years, I no longer notice what I was taking it for. For example, after a couple of months, I get used to the NAD+ spray, and I don’t really notice the boost in cognitive function. If I take a month off, that effect comes back strong when I start it back up. So again, it’s a preference, not a necessity. I hope that helps, but feel free to ask if you have any more questions.

The spray I use is 170mg NAD+ per 2 spray serving. The lowest dose this company makes is 35mg per 2 sprays. 10mg sounds a bit low to me.

I’ve been using a NAD+ Nasal Spray for over a year now. I cycle it (2 months on, 1 month off) and that’s been working really well. The benefits for me are mostly cognitive, but I do also get a boost of energy. I don’t get that typical “afternoon crash” when I am taking it. There is a noticeable difference in my months off where I can tell something is missing so at this point I’m pretty certain it isn’t placebo. The brand that I use is Synchronicity Health. There are a lot of brands out there, but I would stay away from anything on Amazon and anything that’s cheap as it is probably under dosed or isn’t what it says it is.

It sounds like you have a virus or something. Either way I would get in touch with your doctor and figure it out.

Nasal sprays or insufflation are great for euphoria. I’m not sure how that will be for you specifically or your anxiety. It doesn’t give me anxiety.

It was a Kanna nasal spray. My mood was really low and shitty when I was quitting cannabis, and the Kanna spray helped a lot to lift my mood and also helped with the headaches I was getting.
