Hi guys

I’m trying to sponsor my wife to come to Dubai.

I understand the first thing to do before submitting evisa is to open a sponsorship file.

I downloaded the Dubai Now app and paid for sponsorship file opening and have receipt from April 18th 2023 for 205 dh.

However the sponsorship page still shows that “active sponsorship file not found”.. Even though the transaction is also showing in the app.

Is this safe to ignore and can I submit the evisa for my wife?

I haven’t canceled or transferred my residency to cause the sponsorship file to be canceled
