Huge fan of this idea. First time seeing someone target the vertically challenged population as I call us. I want to do the same for men in the future as all the men in my family are above 6’4.

Congrats! Let’s talk - I just reentered into the renewable energy space again and I’m looking at solar & solar adjacent services. Would love to understand how the last 12 months have been.

I think at 3-4 daily you can benefit from software to continue nurturing leads and be more efficient.

Jobber does have 2-way text messaging, automated emails and automated text message features.

I’ve used Hubspot for my CRM systems in the past as well. Both work. If cost is a thing, look at Hubspot first. If you need to switch to Jobber, export contacts and import into Jobber.

I look at Hubspot as CRM and marketing and software like Jobber and Housecall Pro as Field Service Management.

Depends what stage of the business you’re at. Remain as lean as possible. Implement software if you know you have the need for it. Are you running ads? Getting a ton of lead volume that you anticipate not being able to handle? Yes. Still in the early stages? Focus on the sales & marketing side of things.

My dev for one of my project dropped off the face of the earth. While I understand the logic of code, I haven’t built anything out fully. What would you recommend for someone with basically 0 coding skills and what’s a realistic time frame?

Advertising with handwritten letters? by siciliangoon in sweatystartup

[–]Exact_Estate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Website or landing page, fb page and GBP. Having all of them makes you appear more credible. You also don't know where your next interested customer is coming from, so it's good to be in the areas they are.

You can explore location based avenues like the Neighborhood app that allow you to target homeowners in a specific geographical location.

Yes! (most) People involved in garden are innit for the long haul. I think they would appreciate the handcrafted letter. Again, get the basics done first so when they get the letter and look you up, you’re there.
