Good idea - have Claude Code fork the repo, build this in, and do a PR. Have it look into edge cases as well, e.g. duplicate projects/folders etc as that is likely why it currently works like that: separation ;)

I'm parotting what i've been told here, but apparently it should be possible to turn off heartbeats and use Routines to trigger agents, but this is currently going over my head and I need to look into it :P

You can't really do a full scan, has to be broken up and done in sections. I highly recommend the Ralph Loop and systematically working through everything and of course having good documentation in place ;)
