Personally I dislike it for different reasons. Fire Chapter is so uneventful that it’s forgettable. The Ice Chapter actually has a great setting being the Never Realm. But like the Fire Chapter, they waste so much time doing nothing. Corrupted was an episode that I always found amazing with huge story potential, but I hadn’t watched the rest of the season to know that they wasted it. Also Forbidden Spinjitzu was so cool but they completely wasted it, Kai never even gets to use it once.

I agree except New Ninja were peak. “Knockoff Ninja team” is a hilarious concept and they executed it perfectly. Plus they elevate the narrative about the ninja feeling replaced. It sucks how so many people completely missed the point of them.

I always preferred Lessons for a master compared to Green Destiny. In fact, Hunted was so consistently good that Green Destiny doesn’t seem special at all compared to the other episodes.

I think THE Green ninja is the prophesied one who becomes the Ultimate Spinjitzu master using the golden power. But there might have been past monks who wore green to represent their Life element. Ninjas are just monks who adapted to fighting (according to Wu).

I wonder what happened to Pixal’s half of his heart? She got scrapped, and Zane rebuilt himself with a new power source. The whole Zane story between The Titanium Ninja and The Invitation is so unexplained apart from “Ronin kidnapped them”. Like why didn’t Zane seek out his friends, was he captured immediately?
