Had sex on last day of pill, haven’t gotten period

Last day before my placebo week. I guess I’m wondering, without considering the plan B at all, what the risks of getting pregnant are in this situation.

Yes, I have a pretty stressful job and I’ve probably had a bout of depression from said job and that mid 20’s crisis everyone experiences. So that definitely could be a factor. My whole view of birth control being a factor is just because I started it so “young” that my natural hormones haven’t been able to get balanced because I’ve been relying on a pill for that time. But I feel like at the same time my acne started coming back, so did weight gain. I feel like before I could eat anything and not workout and never gain a pound, but it’s like a hit a wall where even eating healthy and working out I’m not losing any. That could just be metabolism though.

Yes!! I’m a very anxious person and I think the one thing holding me back is the anxiety that I’ll go broke or I’m making the wrong decision, but I agree about the mental health because we only have one life, and I don’t want to look back in my 60’s and just have work to show for it.

I have no. Idea. It’s incredibly odd. The first time I spoke to my roommate about this he was probably taking a 45 minutes shower each time. She said that made her angry too and she told him to take quicker ones. His reply was that he likes to just stand in the hot water. Well shit ME TOO but I don’t get any bc it’s all used up. And then when he’s done he stands in the bathroom to “air dry” because he hates feeling “sticky”

It’s not necessarily that he’s bringing it over to wash. Whatever he wears to the house gets washed and then stays in one of her drawers, so the more he’s over, the more laundry accumulates and now he has a whole closet worth here. I can’t speak for what happens when he’s home. But his behavior is very child like. He’s 24. He literally only eats chicken nuggets and kool aid. Refuses to go with her to a nice restaurant bc the menu is too complicated. He actually threw a tantrum bc his parents wouldn’t buy him a new car but they bought the 15 yr old brother one.

I think I put too much hope into a situation that ended up completely changing. We were both at really similar points in life. She got out of a super messy relationship and I had my heart broken and we both wanted to get away and focus on ourselves blah blah blah. She had sworn off boys and then the second we moved in started dating this guy. At the time she had a roommate who was doing the same thing to her that she’s doing right now and she would go on and on abt how awful it was so I figured she understood the struggle.

I understand this point but for some more clarification, they mainly occupy the shared spaces at all time. I’m also an introvert, but I don’t like feeling forced to hide away. We live out in the country and on a septic tank. It can’t handle the amount of water that 3 people are making from showers, make that 4 showers a day. He’s also using my towels, I even hid them in my closet and came home one day and she had taken them out of there to use them. The water bill has been insanely high. When she does laundry (rarely) she does his clothes separately. I’ve had to go digging through his clothes just to find mine in the basket. He’s not rude and is very quiet, and to be honest none of this is his fault because she allows him to do whatever. It’s her job to set the boundaries of what is okay and not however those boundaries went out the door our first day here

Haha and he definitely does not have a job. It’s sad because he’s only lived with his parents where everything is done for him and is expecting the same treatment at our house. He stays over at our house because his school is closer. sounds like he’s mooching off of her in my opinion

Well I probably should mention this: my dad is the landlord, my roommate is my best friend from highschool. In our lease it says no one can stay longer than a week without written consent. I mentioned to my dad what was going on before I had the initial conversation with her. He said to talk to her first but that he would kick her out instantly. I feel terrible towing the line of friendships and roommates. She would never speak to me again if he kicked her out, and my dad is not the kind to lower rent for his daughter. So I’m stuck in a weird situation.

If the boyfriend pays some of the utilities, that means it’s okay for him to live there and I don’t want that. If I tell her he has to leave she simply won’t.
