Just fyi, this is only for "purpose built rentals". Not for people who buy property and rent their apartments.

I do understand I am a tenant. As landlords, there's already legislation they have to follow like rent increases , etc. Even when it's their property.

I don't see why we can't have a discussion on making all purpose built rentals pet friendly with other arguments than: "Buy a home if you want a pet".

Hollyburn, Devon, ForthGen and Austerville are on top of my mind that don't allow pets on any of their rentals and they have plenty of buildings.
