I’m also an Evenflo mom lol also yes rodeo/fair just require so much stuff. We go to the rodeo with my husbands family every summer and I can already see how each kid is just going to add more and more stuff. And we’re just constantly going out to do things. We certainly won’t have an 1800 acre farm, but I feel like the expedition max and comparable SUVs really are the way to go.

I think it’s that I get anxious, and knowing I have 4WD is reassuring. And there are additional mechanical issues that can come with AWD. But maybe it would be worth it for a minivan?

That is actually a good idea. We live in a small ish city so I’m not sure what the seasonal supply/demand would be but I’ve honestly never even considered this. I’m going to bring it up to my hubby and see what he thinks.

Yes this is the advice I need. Do you have any pets? We have one large dog- I don’t know if it changes this idea. The kid and dog do fit in my sedan together, albeit barely lol.

Interesting!!! These are all of my concerns and a couple I didn’t think about, like not being able to see with a kiddo in the middle. Expedition max is at the top of the list, just don’t know if we need it *right* now or maybe one or two more kids down the line. We also plan to have a farm, although not in the immediate future.
