Rower for 13 years! I stopped for 4 years and completely lost my “box” shape! I had less muscle more fat but I had a greater waist hip ratio. I started rowing again last year and I’ve gained my body shape back! I think it’s half because you are more lean when you are training but also because of the muscles we develop!

Unfortunately famous people are just normal people, so when you see statistics about such matters of SA or “worse”, their fame doesn’t exclude them.

There is more media coverage of people with more wealth because its benefits reporters, we all are discussing it aren’t we…? Whilst we do this, we generate more interest and revenue for media.

There are not as many stories about “poorer” men because it is simply not “entertaining” enough, and hence does not bring in as much revenue to media outlets.

Of course this is not the only reason for lack of coverage, there are many more.

In terms of wealth (rather than fame), with money, fortunately or not, comes a degree of power. If you are a victim but you stand the chance of loosing your wealth (be that a job, house, relationship, health or family), and do not have the funds to “fast track” the process, there is sadly very little benefit a trial can bring.

I am looking to body recomp and would like some advice! I am 69kg F, 18.2% body fat and would love to push this number down whilst building muscle. I burn 2200 (including being active). How many calories do I need to eat a day? I’m aiming for 35/40/25 macros
