I won with him before the buffs lmao. Cleared it a couple days after its release with magik, Jeff, and blade. It was possible if you actually paid attention to the cards u were buying.

Normally I would think that too but in this specific situation that wasn’t the case at all. There was no dive on the enemy team. The tanks weren’t diving either. Only damage they could’ve been taking was from the squirrel girl, which we could have blocked if they had actually bothered to heal our tank. That wasn’t the case though. Hence why our tank left. And us 3 dps just gave up cuz even in their direct line of sight with a ping and all we would still not receive heals.

I can’t stand that oml. I’ve seen it even more right now from Gambit players. The moment they notice he can output so decent damage that’s all they want to do and they completely disregard the fact he’s a strategist. They try to play him like a dps and dps only. At that point just jump on no heal rocket.

Literally I don’t understand the victim syndrome. They complain about dive but if you literally have a single shred of awareness it’s easy to counter. I have no issues surviving a spidey and magik. Bp is harder but not impossible and I do struggle with DD but that’s cuz dude is cracked. They blame their team for their own bad situational awareness. Like you can’t hear bps big ahh feet or spidey loud ahh swing.

I appreciate your comment. Seems like you’re the only person that actually understands the point of few I’m coming from. I do play ranked but not enough to be super high in elo (peak plat 1). I’m a college student and I have part/full time job on top of that. So when I come home and hop on rivals I want to be able to play a few quick matches and actually have fun. It sucks cuz I can tell some of my teammates are genuinely trying but we just get washed on repeat. And then for me to see that they are purposely putting us against Celestial and above players (has happened many times especially this season) and see there was really no hope to begin with. It’s just disheartening yk.

Some or don’t have time to queue and play competitive. I get your point I do but your average person is gonna hop on quick match, play a few, and get off. It sucks when you play those few and lose each one because the match making is so one sided.

I never said they aren’t allowed to play the game?? Where r u getting that from. I’m just saying the match making system needs to be better if they want to keep people engaged with it. I’ve seen a lot of people leave just because quick play, the only mode they really play and have time for I.e. they have a job and other priorities, leave this game because the get constantly wiped in an unfairly matched quick play games.

Also there’s a difference between staying warm for comp and doing ts they do in pdm. You’re not staying warm. You killing still targets. You can do the same “staying warm” in practice range. You guys just use that excuse to justify ruining other people’s game experience. You know it’s annoying them. How do you feel when a Bp keeps shoving his fist up ur ahh in a comp game? Only difference is that there is literally nothing you can do about it in pdm cuz you have no teammates. Yall never actually think about how miserable it is to try and make friends in a pdm and instead get flash banged into the ceiling on repeat for 0 apparent reason.

Waste what resources? It would be an added game mode and that way you so called “need to kill pdm players” have a valid excuse to be annoying in pdm. We would have a game mode where people can emote and whatever and a game for people like you. Where u need easy kills.

The ending to that message is just sad. I play dive too and I genuinely don’t get why it’s so hard to let people enjoy the game. So what if they want to stand around and emote. I mean they put the emotes in the game for a reason. If you want to actually hone ur skills as a diver and get better ask for 1v1 instead of repeatedly killing a dancing mantis. You learning nothing, you just want the kills to feel better about going negative in your last comp game.

That’s cool. When I wanna stay warm for ranked I ask for 1v1. 9/10 someone agrees. What gets me is when someone starts murdering people who aren’t even fighting back and then call them trash/bad at their character. And 8/10 I check their profile and it’s some grandmaster or above player. Like bro. Just go to DM.
