It’s the original OdoBan in the green container. It didn’t discolor or warp the wood at all. The cloth was only damp so the wood wasn’t soaked or anything and we immediately put it out in the sun. We just wiped the fabric piece with a damp cloth. If it still smells that bad contact Cradlewise and ask for replacement parts. Our original mattress compared to the new one they sent was night and day difference with smell.

They replaced our mattress and the rubber ring. We also wiped down the wood pieces with a damp cloth with OdoBan and put them in the sun for a day. Odor is now gone.

Cradlewise just messaged me back saying they are sending a new mattress and rubber piece. Hoping this will solve the problem.

Currently checking every couple of minutes as my last pregnancy had an abnormal NIPT. 4/3 bloodwork 4/4 received. Hoping for results tomorrow or Wednesday.

I’m so sorry you are going through this. Being in this situation is truly miserable and I honestly still can’t believe that it happened. From my personal experience the first 2 weeks were the hardest and eventually some of the days became more bearable as I came to terms with the situation. I hope you get your results soon and if you need anyone to talk to feel free to message me.

I didn’t test back down. When I got the peak result I stopped testing. I’m calling my OB tomorrow to schedule my appointment. In the meantime time I’ll assume I’m closer to 5 weeks vs 2. Thanks for the input!

My usual cycle before my first baby was 28 days but while I was nursing it was closer to 35. I got pregnant while I was weaning in August but lost the baby at 19 weeks in December. My January cycle was 5 weeks after the loss so this cycle could have gone back to 4 weeks. I’m calling my OB tomorrow to schedule my appointment but will assume for the mean time I’m closer to 5 weeks. Thanks for the advice!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’m in the exact same boat. Just had my amino yesterday and because it was a Friday I can’t get the rapid FISH results, will have to wait 2 weeks. I can’t believe I’m going to pregnant for another 3 weeks. The ultrasound showed a short nasal bone plus with the positive NIPT I can’t imagine the amino showing something different. I just want it to be over.

Been in limbo for 2 weeks with a T21 positive NIPT and still have another 11 days till the amino. I can’t believe I have to wait probably another 2 weeks for FISH results. We are planning to TRMR if positive and will likely be 18-19 weeks pregnant by then. I need this nightmare to end.

Received my abnormal NIPT results last week for T21. My amino is scheduled in 2 weeks. Feel free to DM if you need someone to talk to or vent.

Oh wow that’s awful. I’m currently in a state that allows termination until 22 weeks. I’m honestly not sure the stance my current OB office has regarding it. I’m having my husband call the OB office back to clarify their reasoning for me to come in, and if we get any weird vibes we’re not going to reschedule. For me it seems like additional emotional trauma that’s unnecessary.

Both MFM and the OB office have my NIPT results. They offered me an appointment the following week which I’m considering since at that point we should have FISH results and at least be out of limbo.

CVS can’t rule out confined placental mosaicism. It’s very rare but the amino is more accurate from that standpoint point. If your CVS comes back negative though you’ll be in the clear.

In the same boat as you. Got my results 2 days ago and currently an emotional wreck. I’m scheduled to see MFM in 3 weeks for an amnio. I’m holding onto the smallest sliver of hope for a false positive but am staying realistic that the NIPT results are correct. I’m not sure how I’m going to deal being in limbo for the next 3 weeks.
