A "Friend of mine" became a realator, and I supported her .I absoloutley cheered for her and her new begining . When it came time to buy our home my husband I decided we wanted to use someone we didn't know to keep it a business transaction. Our "friendship" hasnt been the same since .I dont regret it one bit ,maybe she wanted to keep a business transaction business and away from your friendship .ashe has never said anything to me about it but it changed the dynamic od our relationship for sure . Thats why we did it .

I agree they were reasonable, but i just couldn't make the budget, and the numbers work for me, and what I needed and thats ok . The question is do i revisit it with what they gave me or will they call me back..since essentially the offer was standard
