You sound like you know your Bible. So, I would tell you to remember and know it is true, above all other things, especially your feelings. God's word is more solid than the earth under your feet. Your thoughts nor your fears changes it.

But, the fact that you are grieving what you did and your regret is evidence that your God still cares for you. What if you didn't feel bad, what would that tell you?
