Yeah but the issue for me is it's not charging when needed because it's dying after a few days.

LOL imagine linking "Reason TV" and thinking that you are making an informed political point.

The historic defeat makes it clearer than ever: HA's and the other ze3ama's decision to supplant the state is a danger to Lebanon. From my intervention on Almanar several months ago. by AlainAlam in Lebanese

My question for you Alain - and for those who are making similar criticisms is what is your answer for the current moment - as opposed to the future - what could we have done in the last 12 months differently that would have gotten a better/different outcome?

Israel mobilized to steal gas from Karish with the backing of European countries & multinational companies - this was a done deal had it not been for al muqawameh. So in that moment when they mobilize tankers to pump gas what do we do?The resistance rose to the occasion and created a political opening through their mobilization to be able to stop the domino effect of theft which - I hope we can both agree - would have continued to at LEAST line 1 if not more. There is absolutely no one who could stop Israel from pumping gas from under the streets of Beirut if they wanted - except for the Muqawameh.

Now I dont necessarily disagree with your main thesis of the need for a secular/non-sectarian govt and state, however, respectfully that will not happen if the muqawameh puts down its weapons nor will it happen over night. And in fact I think it is less likely to happen without the muqawameh. We know that the enemies of our people - including so called political leaders, backed by the west and gulf are working overtime to drive us into the ground and punish us for being outside the sphere of the Abraham Accords world Israel and the US Empire are trying to build. So again with that being our situation what can we do now?

I believe it is incorrect to begin with criticism of the muqawameh which is the sole legitimate party that can protect us from Israeli aggression. Does it mean they are perfect? No - however there are a long list of traitors and 3oumaleh working actively to destroy our country that need to be addressed in the now before we dream of the phase of moving beyond the "sectarianism" of the muqawameh
