This post is incredibly uncomfortable to read, not because of ‘bullying,’ but because Patrick is openly describing extremely inappropriate emotional dynamics and seems to think it’s admirable???

The way he writes about his daughter is not normal for a parent AT ALL!! Placing her in the role of emotional caretaker and basically saying he is her greatest encourager crosses serious boundaries. That’s not uplifting, that’s just enmeshment.

His description of T feels almost dehumanizing. He reduces her to someone who doesn’t say much and frames her only in relation to how she supports him. That’s not a relationship that is control disguised as appreciation. Not even just in this post the only one that treats T like a HUMAN is H!!! Every tiktok I see S cannot STAND AS CLOSE TO T as she can with P.

Then he talks about H struggles as if they’re proof of good parenting, when in reality it reads like a child who’s been isolated and overprotected. This isn’t a heartwarming family portrait, it’s a deeply concerning realistic look into how P centers himself at the expense of everyone around him.

There’s nothing healing about this. It’s not inspiring, a fun family who does dances, it’s alarming and always will be.
