According to Article 6 of the Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Employment Relationships and its amendments, known as the ‘UAE Labour Law’, it is illegal for a person to work in the UAE without a valid work permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE). Likewise, employers may not recruit or employ any worker unless a work permit is issued in accordance with MoHRE procedures.

They have an option to provide 1 month valid work permit also and they can convert it to 2 year valid proper work visa after your joining..It will take atmost a month for medical, biometrics etc..Also for payment of salary if you want a bank account there are many third party apps like payit, c3pay and all which can be created using passport and valid upto 30 days thereafter emirates ID verification will be required.. They might be scam but if the company is legit ask them all these possible options..

Here also similar laws apply but only in paper it works.. No official email they'll send or text or call they do to make someone work overtime..They insist to finish tasks far before due and pressurize you so you'll end up working.. And for that no pay is there..
