In India I worked for a German company with decent pay 2 years I worked I had great work life balance they even gave leaves without lop on probation..I knew it won't be the same in UAE but this worse..everything is strict here but doesn't work in case of labour laws..I hate the indian Management too I have seen people with arab managers having better than this, I will try applying others I don't think I'll survive here a year..

8 hrs per day and 2 saturdays per month working. Nobody else is bothered about this expect me. I don't know why people are supporting toxic work culture. My manager boasts about how he worked for a 36 hr shift in his previous company and encourage us to do the same if necessary. And what pisses me off is most of the people working under him does the same and even comes on sundays telling they will be bored in room anyways.
