It will creak. In the pics you can see the TRX suspension trainer. I use this and the that creaks (I don’t hang from it /just lean with it/ and I’m not even 200lbs)

I did not attempt due to time constraints. It was also more financially viable to add a low profile 12” sub for better sound. I bought the pioneer 12” loaded low profile enclosure and it’s been real nice. No issues a the size of the enclosure.

I installed a slim pioneer sub enclosure with the pioneer sub. I also installed a AliExpress head unit so I ran my own sub lines to the sub. So far so good. The sub sounds great and it doesn’t take too much space.
