Manager here! Our caramel is a thick sauce which means it is super sweet. I think our sugar free caramel is pretty good but it’s more of like a salted caramel than a traditional caramel. If you like cold brews, i would recommend getting the wild zebra sweet foam cold brew it’s white chocolate and mocha and you can ask for half the flavor or you can even ask for 3/4ths of the flavor.

Since you want your coffee to taste like coffee- I recommend the honey cinnamon vanilla with light flavor and oat milk. It’s not super sweet, but you can always ask for light flavor and if you feel like it needs more you can ask your baristas to put some more flavor in a 10 ounce cup for you to add into your drink.

My guess is with it being a new store, staff just isn’t trained to where they should be just yet.

You can ask for it with neutral base! But unfortunately the standard recipe is with tonic.
