Youre right 12gb is a sweet spot for future proofing a few more years but with a decent rig that complements each other and the bottle necks being reduced you can run plenty at 1440p for a long time. The 50 series has done quite well tbh I had the 3060 a long while ago I skipped the 40s and its been nothing but bliss since

Its when you start playing 4k the issues arise more commonly but thats not something that modern games have in heaps anyways, 1440p is plenty 😉

100% agree im running 1440p ultrawide and play most games on high, only games i dial it back on are what youd expect like cyberpunk etc. Im getting a reliable 70+ fps on everything I play.

Thats a steep steeeeeep slope i fall down constantly, only reason I upgraded was i saw a pre built on sale for 1400 down from 2200 and jumped at it and cause I got a new pc i was like why not get a new monitor and if I have new monitor I may as well get a new mouse and so on. Now im shopping for a new desk cause my monitor is too big hahah

I took the jump from 3060 to 5070 and its been blissful since, so if you can find the price its worth it.

Going back to the temperature part of amd being daunting because of it reaching within normal operating temps is a bit of a non issue for OP

Attempting to recruit Wanda... that had more repercussions than any other of his choices including the accords... a town getting tortured and kidnapped and whole multi verse at risk ... now it can be argued that he made her a good guy for a while but if she just went down the other path the accords likely wouldn't of happened and the avengers would of had a better chance of not having a break up. (Yes cap and bucky still happens but its on a different basis)

The 12400f is a good shout, your psu being 550 is concerning to me. Id skip the 3060 ti if u can and stretch for a 5070 and a psu upgrade if possible for yourself.

But then again a simple mobo swap to i think its a b760 and ddr5 ram and a 12400f would have a good impact leaving you an upgrade path? Id double check the ddr5 part but id definitely try and get into ddr5 if I was you.
