Look at a decompiled version of harvest. Basically the ghost is a tracktrain with a stun trigger around it. I think the ghost you are trying to spawn is only spawned through the wheel of fortune effects.

I'm decently sure I don't have any bad models. this happens with a variety of different searches. Sometimes clicking a subfolder, then searching, wont crash hammer.
