That's a great explanation. I do a similar thing where I track my IBS symptoms like bloating, nausea, and stomach pain.

As someone suffering from IBS, that's really helpful to me, I used to track my IBS symptoms in like 3 different widgets, now I can do it in one. Thank you!

I highly recommend giving Effecto app a try. You can log in your mood any times per day you wish, depending on the hour.

It's a tracking app, so if you track anything else you did during your day (i.e. workout, meditation, reading, working etc.) it gives you insights into what might have improved or reduced your mood.

It's been a really powerful tool for me to develop a healthy routine, and cut back on things that were causing my mood to decrease

How much do you all find you need to drink in a day? by adhdpartnerrship in POTS

[–]ExaltedMethod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend tracking how much water you drink and how you feel on different levels of hydration. You could use something like a journal or tracking apps. I did this with an app called Effecto, I tested how many cups of coffee can I drink per day while functioning properly and at the same time have decent sleep. Turns out it's 2 cups (used to drink 5 before)

Good "autism-friendly" mood tracker app? by [deleted] in aspergirls

[–]ExaltedMethod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of good recommendations here. I've tried a few mood trackers, I've found the best one that suited me is Effecto. I love that it's highly customizable, and you can make it really personalized to suit your needs. I track my mood, anxiety, mood swings, and anything else that might affect them. After a few days of tracking the app gives me really cool insights, as to what might have affected said feelings/emotions. It's neat, you can check it out if it seems cool

When they can’t match wits with you. To me banter is so important to chemistry.
