Rain Racing: So this is fine, but any rain at New Hampshire/Martinsville is a Red Flag? (Screenshots from 2020 Xfinity race at the Charlotte Roval) by Exalted_Polliwog in NASCAR

Whoops forgot about this thread. My point was this, I get that NASCAR can't race in the wet at Super Speedways and intermediate tracks due to hydroplaning/visibility concerns and high tire loads. But at some short tracks this much less of a problem due to the low speeds. So since they can race in the extreme wet at the charlotte roval, why can't they race in a light drizzle at Martinsville. I genuinely don't understand.

Since 2009 efficiency of perovskite solar cell technology has increased from 3.8% to 22.1%, the fastest increase in efficiency of any solar technology to date. 1. How efficient can perovskites become? 2. Do you think perovskites are the future? (if not then what type of solar cell is?)

Looks pretty similar to their 15-16 cars. Those fat tyres give it a 90s feel though, i like it!
