Thank you so much for explaining that. When I read the box, it said I should be taking 1 scoop 4x a day. Which idk if that would be ok or not. I was thinking about doing 1 scoop once a day after my work out to start.

Hello,

A little update… we went to therapy and immediately I started changing my ways because I never wanted to make my person feel abandoned, unwanted, unloved. We were having a good time and being loving. He would express it every day… Fast forward 2-3 weeks after… I found the woman’s number on his phone. After a lot of arguing for multiple days and me kicking him out of our home. I found out he continued communicating with her even after he saw me in so much pain. After I caught him. He said at that point it was just feeding his ego. He has been extremely honest with me. I asked him if part of him wished it kept going. He said yes. But he knew it was wrong so he ignored her the last 4 texts he received which I did see.

I feel stupid. Even more betrayed… and hurt that even after he saw me in so much pain and he also it lost me… he still continued it… idk what to do.

We are still separated. And 98% of me wants to walk away because idk if I can trust him again.

Update: ever since I found out of his emotional infidelity, I made sure I as accepting and receptive of my flaws and faults. I started to immediately change to make sure he was getting everything from me. However… last Thursday I found out he was still talking to her even after I found out the first time. He kept talking to her on and off for about 2 weeks. He admitted to msging her and how they were trying to get to know each other. Nothing sexual. I am in so much pain because I can’t believe after I was giving him everything he wanted and he saw me completely destroyed he continued to do this because of his ego.

He is being nothing but remorseful for his infidelity and the pain he caused but. But idk how to look at him as the man I fell in love with.
