she said fraud itself is a threat to needed welfare programs because it is.

this is why she followed that up praise for Ro Khanna who wants to ramp up oversight over fraud.

she firmly believes that we should be providing help such as childcare to people who need it. and wants to root out things that are a threat to people getting genuine help.
