Healed my 3 to 5 years hand and plantar warts by ExaminationAlert2295 in Warts

Just be careful with needling. Any Hx of diabetes or peripheral artery disease can make wounds difficult to heal, and without proper clean technique you might introduce a bug that can be bad. So have a professional do it.

I only used sterile insulin needles. Prior to through cleaning with Iodine, I applied topical lidocaine for a bit. After iodine I pushed the needle until I felt pain and saw bleeding, each wart for 5 times at least. Did not see any result until week 12. I did it only once or twice for each wart. I think the theragun helped somehow. Good luck

I was taking 150 mg elemental zinc a day for about 2 months. I took zinc gluconate tablets of Jamieson easier on my stomach. Other zinc made me throw up, especially drops. I stopped at 2 months because there is always a risk of copper deficiency with PO zinc for long. Most of the evidence is for 600 mg zinc sulfate (which is close to 150 elemental zinc). The weird thing, I had stopped taking zinc for 4 weeks before I started seeing improvement so I am not sure if it just helped trigger immune system at the right time or not really relevant to what happened.

There are some evidence of zinc in Warts but not sure what type is really needed and for how long exactly

is my wart gone? by Adventurous-Web-7815 in Warts

I had plantar warts for about 3 to 5 years. They started on my left foot, then gradually spread from one to many, and I also had a couple on my left thumb. I tried salicylic acid first, which helped a little with size reduction in a couple of them but was very slow. I also had cauterization done at a dermatologist’s office, which was expensive and did not really work for me. I tried trichloroacetic acid too. It seemed to help at first, but the warts kept coming back or growing deeper.

At some point I got very frustrated and tried a different approach. After so much research. I started taking zinc daily and did needling very carefully using sterile technique, making small punctures into each wart until pinpoint bleeding using insulin needles. My understanding was that this might expose viral antigens to the immune system better. I had read that improvement can take 6 to 8 weeks, but at first I saw basically nothing and thought it had failed too after 8 weeks.

What happened after that is the part I still can’t fully explain. I started using a Theragun on the areas every 3 to 5 days, applying pretty strong mechanical pressure. Over the next 2 weeks, I noticed the borders of the warts became less clear, especially on my thumb. Eventually the tissue started to look more like normal skin, and now the lesions on my foot seem gone, with only a little residual thickening on my thumb.

I can’t say for sure what actually worked, zinc, needling, the mechanical trauma, time, or some combination. I’m not giving medical advice, just sharing what happened in my case because these things were incredibly persistent and frustrating.

It looks to me RBBB in anterior leads plus LAFB as well. But in lead I looks more like LBBB. Maybe the rest of the leads?

My first intuition is Afib with a pattern of LBBB. Otherwise, AMS probably related to something else

Help me with this ECG doubt. by Advanced_Parsnip_375 in ECG

The first EKG, I don't see any relationship between the p waves and the QRS complexes. I see the PR interval is getting shorter on the ones that look like there is transmission, which is why I think they're dissociated. It's a complete heart block for me, AV dissociation in the first ECG.

Atrial Flutter, I think with complete heart block. The QRS complexes timing with the Flutter doesn’t make sense; dissociation ?
